AS GRANTEE, AS NOMINEE FOR ONE REVERSE MORTGAGE, LLC, dated April 15, 2013, recorded April 26, 2013, in Deed Book 01773, Page 00687, Liberty County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Seventy-Nine Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 dollars ($79,500.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to GITSIT Solutions, LLC, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of GV Trust 2025-1, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Liberty County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2026, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 1458TH G. M. DISTRICT OF LIBERTY COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING IN THE CITY OF HINESVILLE, AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT NO. 12, BLOCK "B", GARDEN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SURVEY DATED JUNE 17, 1991, MADE AND PREPARED BY MERLIN J. TOMBERLIN, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 2477, AND RECORDED IN PLAT SECTION E-97, AT PAGE 1 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF LIBERTY COUNTY, GEORGIA; SAID PLAT BY EXPRESS REFERENCE IS INCORPORATED HEREIN FOR DESCRIPTIVE AND ALL OTHER PURPOSES.
